General conditions of renting holiday apartments and holiday homes
1. "Don-Travel" is acting as mediator in renting apartments and holiday homes in the name and on behalf of a third party. "Don-Travel" is not the lessor. The landlord owns the property in question or the agency charged by him with this task., Hereinafter referred to as landlord. In "Don-Travel" reservations can be made binding only who is of age and has full legal capacity to act. The contract will be awarded solely between the landlord and the client / tenant. Claims or claims arising from the contract exist directly and exclusively between the customer / tenant and the landlord.
2. The request for availability can be made via e-mail, telephone, mail or fax. The client / hirer will receive a booking form with payment information rent which is governed by the lease in question. 3. "Don-Travel" believes that tenants will come only with the number of people agreed and confirmed. Pet ownership is not allowed in all accommodation and shall be agreed in advance. Additional services are governed by the information provided in the pages of the apartments and houses for rent issue: security, laundry service, additional costs, heating, cleaning, etc..
4. The arrival and departure must be effected by the times indicated on the booking confirmation.
5. In case the client / tenant wishes to change or cancel a reservation, we will apply the cancellation and modification of the landlord in question indicated in the booking request.

13. By booking of a accommodation these general conditions of hire are recognized and accepted. The parties shall abide expressly waiving any other jurisdiction, the Courts and Tribunals of Barcelona.
