Of all the towns on the Southern Costa Brava, Blanes undoubtedly boasts the most extensive camping facilities.

Of the twelve campsites in Blanes (cat. 2), one, Les Mimoses, is situated outside the town, and the remaining eleven are situated in the “Els Pins” quarter at the southern end of Playa Sabanell town beach and thus at the southern end of the town. In this part of town there is a wide range of restaurants, bars, supermarkets, shops and other facilities. It lies about a 15 minute walk from the town centre itself. For those who find the idea of walking to the centre too strenuous, there is the mini-train, Carrilet turístic, which runs from the camping district to the harbour via the town centre.

Alternatively you can take the L7 bus. One way: approx. €1.10 , ten journeys: €6
On arrival, take the L7 bus to get to from the bus station to the camping district (for prices, see above). To get from the train station to the camping district, it is best to take the L4 bus up to Plaza Catalunya and from there, take the L7 bus.
