The 500 metre long beach known as Playa de la Nova Mar Bella lies in front of the high-rise buildings of the quarters Front Maritim and Diagonal Mar and a large building site, which is still being used as a car park. This 500 metre long beach, Nova Mar Bella, is reminiscent of it’s neighbouring beach in Barcelona playa de Llevant. The public who go there are mostly young, local people. Showers, toilets and lifeguard stations are available.

Restaurants and beach bars at Playa Nova Mar Bella:

Here you can find a beach bar belonging to the chain Chiringuito Mochima Bar. At the southern end of the beach on the breakwater is the restaurant La Oca, well-located but somewhat pricy for the quality offered (from €25-40).

Car/Parking: access via the coast road Ronda del Litoral. You can park in the car park which is directly behind the beach Nova Mar Bella.
